Fair play
Game rules.

Win through your own decisions. Anything that gives you an unfair edge, hurts other players or damages the service can lead to action against your account.
One player, one account
Each person plays one account per world. Using a second account to help the first, by feeding it, farming with it or hiding behind it, is multi-accounting. People who share a home or a connection may each play their own account, and may be asked to say so. Accounts cannot be shared, sold, traded or given away.
Stewardship
You may let another player look after your account while you are away, but only through the game’s own stewardship. A steward must never make your account attack, trade with or support an account they own or control.
No bots or scripts
Do not use bots, macros or scripts that play for you or send requests faster than a person can, including automatic building, farming, attacking or scraping. The game’s own features, such as the account manager, are allowed. Tools that only show information are fine; tools that act for you are not.
Bugs and exploits
If you find a bug that gives an advantage, do not use it; report it to support@kaldmarch.com. Using a known bug, or sharing it so others can use it, can lead to action even if you found it by accident.
Pushing and ranking tricks
Do not send resources or troops to another account to inflate its points, or fight yourself, to climb the rankings or tribe standings.
Conduct and names
No insults, threats, hate speech or harassment, in messages, tribe forums, profiles or names. Do not pretend to be staff or another player. Do not publish other people’s personal information.
Real money
Do not buy, sell or trade accounts, villages or items for real money outside the game.
If a rule is broken
Depending on how serious and how repeated it is: a warning, removal of content or a rename, a mute, a temporary ban or a permanent ban. Serious abuse can mean a permanent ban at once. Resources, villages or points gained by breaking a rule can be removed.
Appeals
If you think a decision is wrong, email support@kaldmarch.com within 14 days with your player name, the world and what happened. We review every appeal and reply. Do not create a new account to get around a ban; doing so makes the first ban permanent.
Changes to the rules
The rules may change as the game grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
